Should Dostinex Be Taken After A Recent Miscarriage?

I have just been prescribed Dostinex 2 weeks after missed misscariage, my prolactin is high at 34...is it too soon to start such a serious medication? wouldnt my prolactin come down by itself? I have also been getting headaches and bad skin for the last 8 months...I was 3 months pregnant when I lost the baby.
