Should Duphaston Be Discontinued After 10 Days?

I missed my period since 3 months ago, had an u/s nit show ovaries follicles but no cyst n than started duphaston twice aday 10mg nmy dr prescribe that for 30days. its just 10 days n there is spotting just started today should I complete full 30 day course or just stop the drug
