Should Ferrous Sulphate And The Antibiotics Be Discontinued Due To The Headache?

Hi I was admitted to hospital Sunday night with heavy Pv bleeding they sent me home with antibiotics and ferrous sulphate I feel better in myself but have a headache which is rather annoying shall I stop taking them to see if it's that causing it Thank you in advanced
