Hi i am a 23 yrs female and I got pink eye out of no where and what seemed to be a common cold, I also had a sore throat. Now until It had become painful to swallow and lost my voice I thought it was only a common cold, it is also a small white patch on my left tonsils I looked it up and seen it could be strep (which I had before) then I looked I seen it was a symptom of hiv should I be worried

Hello,

I understand your concern. HIV can present as a common cold and/or throat pain which linger for extended periods of time or recur often, however this could just be a strep throat and a common cold. You need to see a doctor for a proper check up to diagnose the strep throat and antibiotics if necessary.
It may as well be a viral condition, which is common for the cold and pink eye.
In any case, please see a doctor. If you think HIV is a possibility in your case, then by all means mention it to your doctor in order to have the appropriate testing.

I hope this answers your question.
Wishing you good health and all the best.
