Should I Ask For A Sciatic Nerve Block On Both Sides For Severe Left Hip Pain When Getting Treatment At The Hospital?

Hi! Im pretty certain its my sciatic nerve on my left hip that s extremely painful to lift and raised get into our vehicles is a chore. It started as a twinge Friday and got worse as the day progressed. I had a block done some years back,my left and right side were extremely painful and my legs even went numb at times,no problems since till now. In going to the hospital in the morning,should I ask to have both sides sprayed? Gotta get some relieve!!!
