Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your description, it could be a recurrence of the sebaceous cyst. There is a high chance of recurrence even after removal of sebaceous cyst. Or it could be a new cyst or even a lipoma ( swelling due to collection of fat cells) , leiomyoma ( benign swelling of smooth muscle cells in skin), neurofibroma ( benign swelling of nerve cells) or a dermatofibroma. They all appear quite similar. You could do a fine needle aspiration cytology ( FNAC) to confirm the type of swelling.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
