Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Your doctor has said that heart is in excellent shape means that it is working normally and all functions are within limit. 3000 PVC in a 24 hours holter monitor are of no concern.
Increased PVC is of concern when heart function is compromised like poor Ejection Fraction, which is unlike in your case.

Do consider a positive feedback as a credit to my work. Let me know if you have any further questions.
