Should I Be Concerned About H. Pylori And Low WBC While Having Bloating, Stomach Rumbling, And Poking Pain Under Right Rib Cage?

Hi, I’ve had recent trouble with bloating. And stomach growling bumbling specifically underneath right below the right rib cage. After I eat usually. Also get poking pain in the same location when I take a really deep breath sometimes, especially when lying down. Lots of flatulence and burping to add. I feel a bit of pressure in the same location although no pain. No heartburn but feels like food is not going down fast enough after eating, I can feel it in my esophagus. I did test positive for h.pylori but the centralized location of where my stomach is making noise loud gurgling has me worried in addition to the pressure feeling and poking pain I’ve mentioned when enhaling. My wbc count was also a bit low at 3.2 but wasn’t sure if there may be underlying issue. Anyone have ideas what this pain and rumbling is caused by?
