Should I Be Concerned About PCOS If Having Hormonal Acne Around Throat, Jawline?

Hi. About four months ago I stopped taking Yaz birth control pills. Over the past two to three months, I have been experiencing hormonal acne around my throat, jawline and chin. I have also been experiencing some weight gain. My periods are regular, coming every 38 days or so. Should I be concerned about PCOS or any other conditions?
