Should I Be Concerned About A 14 X 8 Mm Non Calcified Nodular Opacity In The Right Lower Lung?

I just got told I had a 14 x 8 mm noncalcified nodular opacity in my right lower lung and I smoked about a pack a day or more for about 5 years but it has been over 20 years since I quit..... do I need to be concerned?? I was told to do a follow up CT scan in 3 months......
