Should I Be Concerned About A Blood Clot Or Complications After My Mom Lightly Hit Her Head, Given She’s Recovering From A Recent Stroke?

Good evening. My mom said she lightly hit her head last night. She was on her knees and lost her balance and hit her head on the base of a coat stand. There’s no bruise or current pain, but I did notice she got up later this morning and she was tired. She is currently back to normal, but she is recovering from a stroke from April 4 of this year. Should we be concern,,could a blood clot be an issue. Thanks for your assistance!
