Should I Be Concerned About A Chest Flutter, Dizziness, Head Pressure, And A Mild Fever I Experienced While Driving?

I was driving home and got a flutter in my chest lasting about 10 seconds, and at the same time, I got slightly dizzy, then pressure in my head, which also started throbbing like my heart beat and got really hot, I took my temp when I got home and it was at 99.5. I ve been laying down for about an hour and am feeling OK, wondering if I should be concerned.
