General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as first-line management, you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief. The lump may not be related to it and can be a swollen lymph node. If there is diagnostic confusion, a fine needle biopsy can be considered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
