Should I Be Concerned About A Lump On Eyebrow After A Fall?

Hi, I fell a week ago and went face down on concrete giving myself 2 black eyes and a bruised face. I also have quite a large lump above my eyebrow that is showing no signs of going away. I was taken to hospital for observation but no x ray/scan were done. I feel fine with no headaches etc. should I be concerned with this lump?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having traumatic bruise on face.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
