Should I Be Concerned About A Nosebleed In My Child Two Days After A Head Injury?

My 4 year old tripped and fell into the fridge he had a gash it did stop bleeding after awhile we had to change his bandaid a couple of times he has a small bump and bruise he did not lose consciousness at all no headaches he’s been acting fine. It’s been 2 days since it happened then today his nose bled for like a minute but he also said he picked it do you think I need to worry about this nosebleed
