Should I Be Concerned About A Painful Red Ulcer On My Right Palatoglossal Arch With Tooth And Head Pain, Given My Celiac, Lupus, And Sjögren’s Syndrome?

Hi there, I have redness and burning pain on my right side of the palatoglossal arch. I noticed a small ulcer type legion there as well. I am also having right sided tooth and head pain. I took a strep, flu and covid test and were all negative. Should I be concerned? I have celiac disease, lupus and sjogrens as context. Lupus is well controlled and no systemic involvement that I am aware of. Thank you in advance.
