Should I Be Concerned About A Persistent Dent And Soreness In My Head Months After A Concussion And Hematoma, Especially While On Blood Thinners?

I was thrown backwards and hit my head on a tile floor. Had concussion. Was in hospital 2 days. That was on 11-07-22. Have a dent in my head. Still some soreness. Am on blood thinner. Had a large hematoma when I fell. Should I be concerned about dent?
