Should I Be Concerned About A Persistent Sound On The Left Side Of My Head, Accompanied By Right-sided Headaches And Night Palpitations?

Hi - the constant sound on the left side of my head especially when I m attempting to to sleep is really concerning to me now. It s really been proactive period of times (months, years). This comes with headaches on the right side of my head with terrible palpitations that last all through the night. I need help??
