Should I Be Concerned About A Smooth Dark Circle Inside The Right Cheek Close To The Gums?
Hi,
Inside my mouth on my right cheek there is a dark circle.
I noticed it with my tongue as it felt very smooth compared to the rest of my cheek. It definitely felt like a circle.
It doesn't hurt at all.
It's positioned on my cheek next to my gums, and I assumed it was the rubbing of my teeth. But it would be on the other side right? My teeth are not sharp.
It's worrying me.

I have gone through your query, you have dark circle on inside right cheek it is painless, dont worry it can be Melanin pigmentation also or it can linea alba, or Leukoplakia
You can do is Do warm Saline gargle and you can apply ointment of Triamcinolone acetonide 2-3 times a day , and you should go for dentist for oral prophylaxis and if necessary for investigations also
