Should I Be Concerned About A Three-month Change In Stool Size And Shape And A History Of Rectal Fissure And Sphincterotomy?

Change in size, shape, frequency of my stool over the last three months (pictures available). From hot dog size to smaller Vienna sausage, smoky link or smaller pieces. No other symptoms. May be nothing. 76 years old and like to check it out. Had a rectal fissure in 1989. A partial sphincterotomy in 1997. Taking two psyllium capsules twice a day basically since.
