Should I Be Concerned About Aching Ears And Heavy Hearing Since The Time My Hand Slipped While Digging The Ear?

hi i was cleaning my ears about 4 days ago with cotton buds and my hand slipped and i feel like the cotton bud went in too far. it only very slightly bled, hardly anything at all, but at the time it felt weird and hurt slightly. my ears been aching since and my hearing feels a little heavy at times and id rather not go to a doctor. is there anything i can do or will it go away in its own time.
