Hi,

A mild enlargement of liver can be very much normal and it may not need any treatment except to observe with subsequent follow up. If all your liver functions are normal, it may be some mild grade of fatty liver. Hence, besides, LFT, you should also take care about your lipid levels. However, if you are alcoholic, then to rule out any degree of cirrhosis, you may need a fibro-scan of liver and if indicated further testing may be needed, including a biopsy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
