Should I Be Concerned About Bleeding While Blowing The Nose?

It started three nights ago with intermittent, intense tightness in front of my left ear, then when I blew my nose I had clots of blood from my left nostril. Three days later, I am still bleeding, but only when I blow my nose. It is fresh blood and the amounts are increasing. I own a tax business and am under a lot of stress. Should in worry?

Hi,you need to consult an ENT Specialist .He/She will do Nasal examination,Nasal Endoscopy,few blood tests to know your Coagulation profile to know the cause of your nasal bleeding.

Meanwhile,you avoid blowing your nose forcefully.If nasal bleeding occurs ,you may pinch your nostrils for about 5 minutes ,it will stop the nasal bleeding in many cases.
Also start using nasal decongestants(like otrivin nasal drops) and Saline nasal drops.
