Should I Be Concerned About Brief, Recurring Hot Spots On My Left Thigh When I Have A Kidney Stone, Frequent UTIs, Prediabetes, And Spinal Issues?

Hi, for the past week or so I have been getting a hot spot on my left upper leg or thigh. It isn t painful, and seems to last about 10 seconds or so before ceasing. Sometimes it repeats within a minute or so. But at other times it may be hours before experiencing it again. I have a stone in my left kidney which will not be removed. That kidney is not doing much. I ve been told that it s at 12%. The right kidney is at 87%. A stent has been left in from the bladder to the kidney. I suffer almost continuous water nfections. The stent is to be removed as soon as there is a space at my local hospital. I am near diabetic. My toes are very stiff to move, and I also have a longstanding spinal condition, with disc problems and spur bone growth. This causes a lot of pain. Should I be concerned about the hot spot? Thanking you in advance for any help and advice you can give to me. I am a male aged 84.
