Should I Be Concerned About Burning Epigastric Pain Radiating To The Left, Despite Taking Omeprazole?

I have been having burning epigastric pain that is now radiating to the left slightly. Pain level is about a 2-3/10. I m currently on Omeprazole and it helped a little but not completely. I see my GI in April but want to know what I can do now? Should I be concerned?
