Should I Be Concerned About Burning Sensation In My Left Eye, Tingling Lips, Arm Numbness, And A Strange Sensation In My Forehead?

hello im 45 year old male i have high blood pressure im on meds. bur i been having symptom s in this order ok. left eye stars to burn then little on the right eye not to much. few min after right arm feel like falling asleep lips feel Tingley feel like im faint or about to have a panic attacks.and after my forehead fees strange. feel no pain just really werrid. should i be concerned. my number is 0000 im put what ever on the thing, tyhank you,
