Should I Be Concerned About Chronic Mild Knee Pain With Clicking, Occasional Ankle And Foot Pain, And Leg Cramps?

Hi there, I would like to enquire about knee pain. About the pain: First noticed in summer 2020 Highest pain I’ve experienced was 4/10. When moving them, I can feel clicking. This is on both sides and not audible. Sometimes my ankles and similar areas have a sharp pain, around 6/10. This tends to go within a few minutes. Notice occasional pain in my feet, around the big toe area. Gets worse when moving them 4/10 Get occasional leg cramps when in bed, approx 1 in 3 months. These are incredibly uncomfortable. Used to fall over at least once a week in spring/summer 2017. This is because I have a brain injury and had to re-learn how to walk. My knees look heavily bruised because of this. Haven’t fallen over in at least a year. No family history I am aware of of knee pain. About me: 24 Female BMI of 22.62 Never been overweight Walk twice a day I was wondering whether anybody could tell me if this pain is something to be concerned about? I spoke to my GP but they just brushed it off and gave me no diagnosis.
