Should I Be Concerned About Heavy Discharge After Starting Hydrochlorothiazide, Especially Since Itching Sensation?

Good day..I was recently prescribed Hydrochlorothiazide a few weeks ago as a diuretic, to help with swelling & blood pressure. I also take other medications as well. I ve recently noticed within the last week or so that I m having very heavy egg white to light yellow discharge. I thought it was the soap that I was using, for I was itching as well. The itching has stopped but the discharge hasn t yet. Is there a need for concern in this matter? I m 49yrs old. Thank you..
