Should I Be Concerned About Itching At The Site Where I Had Contact With Feces Of An Elderly Dementia Patient?

I’m a carer at a home for dementia patients. A couple of weeks ago a lady dug her faeces covered fingernails into my arm and drew blood. I washed and anti backed it and it has healed. However I am getting itching at the site Is it a cause for concern?
