Should I Be Concerned About Leg Swelling, Blisters, Exhaustion, And Light-headedness At 61 Apart From Lack Of Proper Diet And Arthritis?

I m 61 hate to say without a place to live at moment well last 3 years, but my legs swell and foot toes got blisters like bumps around both legs between able and calf up and down both legs, always tired just putting in my pants or shoes, getting out the car behind light headed just sideways exhausted, I don t eat right I know or much, oh have arthritis in both knees over 15 years now, take no meds have no insurance don t drink been over 15 years never smoked drugs nah not since I was younger like 30 years ago
