Should I Be Concerned About My ALP Levels Fluctuating Despite Normal Ultrasound And Other Blood Tests?

Hello , because of my Acid reflux issue I had some blood test recently on fist test my ALP was 146 and 2 weeks after I did the test again and it went down to 143 and then I repeated just today just 1 week after the second time and it shows 154 . I did a complete abdomen ultrasound everything was normal all other blood factor looks normal . Do I need to be concerned about this ?
