Should I Be Concerned About My Father S Elevated PSA Level Due To His UTI?

Good morning sir, my father got high fever and chills, he was admitted, then we found it was UTI, on further testing got to know his prostrate is enlarged to 64cc and psa test level was 22ng/ml.. Am scared of this value. Urologist Said it will be elevated due to UTI. And asked to repeat the test after 3 weeks. Please tell me should I worry or trust urologist and wait for 3 more weeks. I am really worried please help me sir
