Should I Be Concerned About My Mildly Dilated Aortic Root And Is It Safe To Continue Weightlifting?

Hello Doctor, I recently went to my cardiologist for my annual stress echocardiogram and the results were ok. I did notice in the ultrasound results my aortic root is mildly dialated. My cardiologist has never mentioned this to me, maybe he is not concerned. I went through my ultrasounds since 2018 and it has been there before. I have included the numbers below. Should I be concerned about this? I workout in the gym with weights should I stop doing this? Thank you Thomas Aortic Root Dilation June 2024 - 44mm September 2021 - 46mm March 2021 - 42mm March 2020 - 43mm January 2019 - 42mm January 2018 - 42mm
