Should I Be Concerned About My Son's Pulse Rate Being 132?

My son will be 15 in February 2014. He's not feeling well and I checked his heart rate it's beating at 132 bpm, should we be concerned. He says he feels allergy symptoms and took a Zrytec D about an hour ago. He eyes look red and I know he's played video games late last night and slept in his contacts at a friends house. I'm concerned about letting him go to bed with his heart rate up that high.
