Should I Be Concerned About Pain Under The Right Breast That Radiates To The Side?

Hi. I woke up with pain this morning that I did not have going to bed last night. It is just under my right breast and wraps about half way around my side. i feel it when I sit and walk. It flares when I stand or twist (like looking over my shoulder). Should I be concerned or give it a few days with Ibuprofen? THank you.
