Should I Be Concerned About Persistent Right-sided Chest Pain Despite Treatment Given My Recent Smoking Cessation?

My cxr report normal.I am 36 years old.But I have been feeling probably musculoskeletal pain at the rt side of my chest from 7 days.My chest medicine Dr gave a corticosteroid injection and nsaids tab.But it sometime flares up.Is it a matter of concern?I quit smoking 2 months ago.plz advise
