Should I Be Concerned About The Dark Smelling Pus Of Boils Between My Buttock And Vagina

I have a boil midway between my buttocks and vagina- it just popped and was filled with blood but a darkish, foul smelling pus. I have cleaned it with soap and water, it is still bleeding lightly. should I be more concerned about the dark pus? I had a boil about 6 years ago but the pus was white

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having forming abscess due to ingrown hair follicle infection.
There is also a possibility of having infected sebaceous cyst.
Go for one anibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course.
Clean the wound and do dressing with antibiotic cream.
