Should I Be Concerned About The High BP That Causes Headache For One Day?
I have never had any blood pressure readings above normal at any check ups. However, this week I had a severe headache on Monday. I did not think to check my bp until Wednesday at which point it was 161 / 88 - 101. I have been monitoring it 2-3 times a day since and the lowest has been 137 / 78 - 69. I did have another headache that woke me this morning. Should I be overly concerned? I have made an appointment with my Dr. but not until next Wednesday. thank you for your time.

of course, u need to take doctor advice,,,,regilarly check ur BP after relaxing for atleast 10 min,,,
