Should I Be Concerned About The Sore Lump Under My Armpit?

Hi, I just noticed that I have a lump or swelling under my left armpit and it s very sore. My left breast along the side is also sore and now I am experiencing some numbness in my arm and shoulder is now hurting. It started about 2 weeks ago and seems like as the days pass by I have another symptom. I can not even wear my bra, it hurts. Should I be concerned and go see my doctor?
