Should I Be Concerned About Triglycerides, Low Platelets, And Elevated Red Cell Distribution Width In My Blood Work?

Hi I am concerned about my blood work. Trigylcerides are 325, hgb 12.9, hct 39.1, platelet count 131, red cell distribution width 51.9. I am a 74 year old female? I am sorry but when I started I did not realize there was a fee. I am a disabled woman living in an ass. living on a grant. Unfortunately cannot afford the fee. Would appreciate if one of the doctors could help me pro bono. Respectfully
