Should I Be Concerned About Two Pea-sized Bumps On My Pre-teen Daughter’s Neck, Given Her Type 1 Diabetes And Hashimoto’s?

My 12 year old daughter has two pea size bumps on the back of each side of her neck. She also is a type 1 diabetic and has Hashimotos. Are these bumps anything to worry about? We don’t go back to ENT until oct 24th and that is her surgery date to remove thyroid.
