Should I Be Concerned About Vomiting Small Black Cylinder-shaped Pieces While Taking Muscle Relaxers, Tramadol, And Steroids?

My vomit contains small black cylinder shaped textured pieces. Almost like minitare tootsie rolls. I have only been sick twice the last couple of days in the afternoon. Once done I feel a lot better. I ve been having issues with my siatica and taking muscle relaxers, tramadol and a steroid pack. I have never seen anything like this before. I do have ulcers, and my gall bladder has been removed. Should I be concerned?
