Should I Be Concerned For Brown Discharge During Pregnancy?

I am 13 weeks pregnant, just going on week 14 and I have not had any bleeding thus far. I just saw a very small clot along with some very light brown discharge. I have a hx of miscarriage (2 x in past 4 years and have a bicornuate shaped uterus). I have been monitored very closely, had 3-4 ultrasounds, all normal. Should I be concerned? I currently have not lower back pain or cramping.

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion the spotting might be due to various reasons like progesterone insufficiency, thyroid abnormalities, low lying placenta, cervical abnormalities etc.So they need to be ruled out.Take rest.Avoid physical strain and intercourse.Dont worry. It will subside with apt treatment.Progesterone supplements might be needed.
