Should I Be Concerned For Having Cough, Tightness And Watery Lungs?

I have been on an antibiotic since Friday to try to help with pneumonia type symptoms. At first it was thought that I had bronchitis and asthma as a result of a cold. I have had a flu shot in November. I still am having coughing and tightness and "watery" lungs. Should I call my caregiver or give it more time? I don't have a fever, but am very tired.
