ENT Specialist 's  Response
hi and thanks for the query,
exposure to very loud noises can produce ringing, tears in the ear drum.
see a specialist to know if there are any tears and also any hearing loss.
with time ringing will go away.
take a pain killer like tylenol or ibuprofen for the headache.
regards,
Dr Rajkishori.
