Should I Be Concerned For Having High Levels Of Bilirubins That Is Causing Burning Sensation In Vagina?

I went to the doc. because I ve been having burning in my vagina. She did urine and it said I have high levels of bilirubins. and blood in my urine. my blood pressure was 158 over 107. I never have high pressure. she did blood as well. said the bilirubins is in my blood go to the emergency room. Is she nuts or me
