Hi, Menstrual flow for 4 to 5 days can be taken as normal only. Alteration in menstrual flow can occur due to many causes. Recent illness, stress and strain etc are some of these. If you have still doubt regarding pregnancy, once go for pregnancy test. If the test comes negative, no need to worry. Possibly after cessation of your fever, in the next cycle you may get normal flow. Once check for hemoglobin levels and blood sugar levels. Try to improve general health, avoid stress and strain. If fever persists once check for pelvic infection. Take care.
