Should I Be Concerned For Migraine And Short Term Memory Issues?

I'm 32 in good health but recently began having migraines for 2weeks, had ctscan and showed a shadow image so had MRI today. The headaches have not went away only at times get weaken. I also have short term memory issues for the past year. Could it be nothing or reason for concern?
