Should I Be Concerned For My Lymphocytes And Monocytes?

I am a 32 year old female (5 5 , 110 pounds) with no significant PMH. I had labs done in anticipation of surgery (orthopedic surgery - not scheduled for a few months) and the results are as follows: Hgb, Hct, MCH, MCHC, and MPV all at the low end of normal. Below normal values for relative lymphocytes (11.0), absolute lymphocytes (649), and absolute monocytes (118). In the absence of symptoms, is any of this concerning? Would anything be a consideration for surgery? Is there anything I can do to improve values over the next few months? Thanks!

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your hb, hct, mcv all are low. So you are suffering from hypochromic macrocytic anemia. Most probably you have iron deficiency anemia. You should investigate for that and take treatment accordingly. It may delay your surgery. Surgery can not be done with low hb. So plan it accordingly.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
