Should I Be Concerned For Severe Headache And Ruptured Blood Vessel In Eye?

Hello,

Yesterday morning I woke up with one of my worst migraines ever, and there was also a ruptured blood vessel in my eye. The eye was only a little sore, but there was a straight line up from my eye to my forehead that hurt. It was the last thing to dissipate after my headache finally went away. Should I be concerned?
